Rapunzel Panto
Following the success of last year’s Christmas event, our T1DCAT families were back again at The Market Place Theatre in Armagh, this time to enjoy the spectacular pantomime extravaganza, Rapunzel. Each child received a selection box during the interval of the performance and everyone had a fantastic day!
Fun At High Rise
Thank you to everyone who attended our Easter event today at High Rise indoor adventure centre in Lisburn. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces and also meet lots of new families who have had children diagnosed recently.
Let’s Go Hydro
There was something for everyone at our latest T1DCAT event, which was held in Ireland’s biggest Inflatable water park, the Let’s Go Hydro aqua park in Carryduff. The children and teenagers enjoyed a range of activities including kayaking, paddleboards and tackling the floating inflatable course, before being treated to a well deserved lunch.
Skypark Sunshine
We couldn’t have asked for better weather as the sun shone for our big day out at the Skypark adventure park in Carlingford. Easter Bowling
Thank you to all our families who attended the Easter bowling event yesterday at Airtastic in Craigavon. It was great to see new friendships forming between the kids, as well as the parents. It was such a fantastic turnout and everyone left happily for home with their Easter treats in hand!
Santa Sunday

Escape Rooms
Our teenage Christmas event was held in Timescape, Belfast. The assembled teams embarked on two interactive adventures, Titanic: The Final Hour and Spellbound. Each team had one hour to complete each mission and escape the room. Thankfully everyone managed to complete their tasks and made it out unscathed!
Halloween Meet Up
We returned to Inifinity for our T1DCAT Halloween Catch Up. It was lovely to meet so many of our newly diagnosed children and their families.
